Terms of Use

Last updated 7 October 2026

By using Sakha you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

The service

Sakha, a product of TinySprout, is an AI wellbeing and life-decision companion with chat, a decision engine, mood check-ins, calm tools, a health dashboard, an optional birth-chart perspective and safety features. Features may change over time.

Not medical advice; not an emergency service

Sakha is not therapy, not a doctor and not a medical device. It cannot diagnose. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency services.

Safety alerts to trusted contacts (by WhatsApp, email or push) can fail or be delayed, for example because of network, device, provider or contact-side problems. We do not guarantee that any alert will be sent or received. Never rely on Sakha as your only source of help.

AI limitations

Sakha uses AI (Claude by Anthropic). AI can be wrong, incomplete or misunderstand you. Its safety features have not yet been reviewed by a licensed psychologist. Translations other than English are made by AI. The optional birth-chart perspective is for reflection only and never decides Sakha’s recommendations. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Age

You must be 18 or older to use Sakha.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Subscriptions and free trial

Sakha has a 30-day free trial, then a subscription, purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings before the renewal date. Refunds are handled under the store’s policy. Crisis help, helplines, trusted contacts and SOS are always free. Some features that use our most advanced AI model, such as decision analysis and jataka reading, start with the paid subscription.

Acceptable use

Content and IP

You own what you write. You give TinySprout permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Sakha’s software, design and brand belong to TinySprout and may not be copied without permission.

Termination; deleting your account

You can stop using Sakha and delete your account and data at any time in the app (Me → Privacy & data → Delete everything). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or misuse the service. Cancelling a subscription is done in the store.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sakha is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, and TinySprout is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for decisions you make using Sakha. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Your mandatory consumer rights in your own country are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
