Using the app

Sakha is a supportive chat, decision engine, mood tracker and calm toolkit. Open the app and start a chat, or use incognito mode for a chat that isn’t saved. Safety features (crisis help, helplines, safety plan, trusted contacts) are always free. If something isn’t working, email us with your phone model, app version and what happened. Please don’t include sensitive details.

Delete your account and data

  1. Open Sakha and go to Me.
  2. Tap Privacy & data.
  3. Tap Delete everything and confirm.

Your data is removed immediately. Backups age out within 30 days. Deleting does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Export your data

You can request an export of your data from the Privacy & data section in the app. Export links expire after 24 hours. If you can’t find it, email us.
